The food-themed micro documentary A Taste of #China: Journey of Xinjiang #Cuisine is comprised of 5 episodes for its first series. The documentary highlights five representative cities (Urumqi, Turpan, Altay, Yili and Kashgar) from different regions of China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
