Hello guys today we'll be teaching you all how to make Red rice Dosa and idli batter!

INGREDIENTS ~
1) Red rice (3 cups)
2) Urad dal (1 cup)
3) Water
4) salt to taste

Procedure ~
1) Soak the Red rice and urad dal together for the whole day.
2) wash properly and blend .
3) Add it to a vessel .
4) Leave to ferment the whole night.
5) In the morning add Salt to taste.
6) In the morning you can make fresh dosa with the batter for breakfast.🙂
