In this tutorial I will show you how to draw sea foam with soft pastels on sandpaper.

I am using the wet underpainting, applying soft pastels on the sandpaper and then wetting the layer down with water. After it's dry I am adding the lighter areas of the foam under the surface of the water, blending them, and then applying the foam on the surface of the water with light greens.
