In this video, I have shared 5 Vegetarian Sources of Proteins. These 5 Vegetarian foods are rich source of PROTEINS and also very nutritious. Proteins are building blocks of our body. In this video I have explained how much protein one should consume per day. Many people think that Vegetarian diet is not a good source of Proteins but this is not the fact. With proper knowledge you can take right amount and right kind of Proteins from Vegetarian Diet.
In this video, I have tried my best to aware parents regarding protein requirements of their kids. Please try to understand the importance of proteins in your kid's diet. Proteins are essential to make children healthy. Most of the time mothers and other family members are focused only on weight of the baby. They forgot the importance of proteins.
Many mothers also worry about the growth of their baby and whether the baby is gaining weight appropriately. In this situation I always suggest to use BABY GROWTH CHART. This can be downloaded by WHO site or you can take help of your pediatrician.
My few advises to all parents:-
NO FORCEFUL FEEDING TO BABY
ALWAYS OFFER NUTRITIOUS FOOD TO BABY
NO ADDED SUGAR AND SALT UPTO FIRST BIRTHDAY
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE GOOD FOR BABY
DON’T MAKE DINNING TABLE A FIELD OF BATTLE 😊
