o 3 Cups Cooked Rice
o 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
o 1 Pound Ground Beef
o 1 Can Green Chiles (optional)
o ¾ Teaspoon Oregano
o 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
o 1 Cup Diced Sweet Bell Peppers

o 1 Pound Ground Beef
o 2 Cans tomato SOUP
o 1 Can Green Beans
o 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
o Salt & Pepper for Taste
o 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes (homemade or instant is fine)
o 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Meatballs:
o 3 Pounds Hamburger beef
o 1 Can Evaporated Milk
o 1 cup chopped Onion
o 2 Cups Quick Oats
o 2 Eggs
o ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
o 2 tsp. Salt
o ½ tsp. Pepper
o 2 tsp. Chili Powder
Sauce:
• 2 Cups. Ketchup
• 2 Cups Brown Sugar
• ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
• 2 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
Steak & Chicken Fajitas:
o 2 Pounds of chicken or beef
o 1 oz. Taco Seasoning
o ½ Onion sliced
o ½ Bell Peppers (about 2)
Chicken Taquitos:
