Workout Routine:
*10 min warm-up jog*
Squats + calf raises (4 sets of 10)
Lunges (3 sets of 10)
Leg press (4 sets of 12)
Circuit - dumbbell dead lift + hamstrings (4 sets of 10)
Leg extension (4 sets of 10)

6 Differences Between my Korean gym vs. my gym in Chicago
1. Don't wear shoes in the Korean locker room!!
2. Korean baths (after workout ritual in Korea)
2. Nudity is normal in Korea (in the locker room)
3. Gym is closed on Sundays :(
4. Korean gym is more expensive (double the price, same amenities)
5. People be rude sometimes.... (not everyone!)

More Information:
Gym - Sydney Gym
Location - Haeundae, Busan, South Korea (by the Jangsan green line, on the 6th floor above Starbucks, across from Subway)
Price - 180,000 won for 3 months OR 70,000 won per month

Other random facts about the gym (that I forgot to mention!):
-There isn't a bathroom in the locker room, it's located in the equipment area
-You can only go to the gym 1x/day (have to pay if you want to go more than once)
-There are yoga, Zumba, and spin classes (only a couple times a day)
-There is a stretching room that I forgot to film
-There are only a few other foreigners who go to my gym, it's mostly Koreans
-It's still open during the coronavirus (it was closed for a week at first, but reopened after)
-There is a person who speaks English at the front desk (he works in the evenings mostly) to buy a membership. TIP: Make sure you get charged the correct amount. 180,000 (for 3 months) = "foreigner discount* It seems like the price varies, so if make sure to ask for lowest price.
-To sign up, you only need a phone number and a credit card or cash. If you don't have a Korean phone number yet, you just have to pick a 4 digit password to use as your login
