Recipe:
5 cups all purpose flour
4 eggs (beaten)
1/2 pint regular sour cream
1-2 T water
1 t salt
Put 4 c flour in bowl. make well in flour. Mix wet ingredients. Sprinkle salt on flour. Pour liquid into well. Using fork, incorporate flour into egg mixture. knead on floured surface until elastic. Let rest 30 minutes. Roll to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch circles. You are ready to fill.
