Gajar and Gud ka Halwa | गाजर और गुड़ का हलवा | Carrot Halwa With Jaggery | #mandaskitchen

Cooking Time – 25 mins
Ingredients:
500 grams of grated carrots approx 1.5 cups
1 cup milk
3-4 tbsp of jaggery
2 tbsp ghee
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Chopped cashews and raisins
Method :
1. Heat a pan , add ghee , grated carrot , sauté it for about 3 -4 mins .
2. Now add milk , bring to boil along with mixture , stir continuously on low flame .
3. Let the milk gets totally thicken , now add jaggery , cardamom powder , cook until it gets dissolved totally .
4. Let the mixture gets cooked on a low flame for about 5 mins .
5.Transfer it to serving plate , garnish with chopped almonds .
7. Serve hot .
