Start From Scratch Episode 10:
The Fresno is one of the most signature moves in Popping today and it was made famous by the Electric Boogaloos.
This move is really good for all beginners out there because it requires a full body movement and the shifting of your weight to pull it off.
It will train your co-ordination and weight placement which are key in getting good control!
Practice the Fresno well but remember, it is a DANCE so please vibe out while doing it :)
