Follow this technique to make Crispy puri for Golgappa
Recipe Ingredients :
Wheat flour - 1/2 Cup
Semolina - 1/2 Cup
Papad khar / Alkaline salt - 1/8 Tsp
Sanchar / Kala Namak - 1/4 Tsp (Note : Use no salt or less salt to make cripsy puri)
Warm water - 1/3 Cup
Oil - for Deep frying
Note : Out of this measurement, 70 - 80 Puris can be made.
