Chicken -1 Kgm
Butter - 6-7 Tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tablespoon
Green Cardamom - 4
Black Cardamom
Bay Leaf - 2
Black Pepper -8-10
Cinnamon - 1/2 Inch
Cloves - 4
Onion - 4
Tomato - 7-8 (around 500 Gms)
Salt - To taste
Red Chili & Coriandor Powder - 1 Teaspoon each
Freash Cream - 1/2 Cup
Kasuri Methi - 1 Teaspoon (For Garnishing)
For Marination
Lemon Juice - 1and 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt -1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Thick Curd - 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tablespoon
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 Teaspoon
