Your legs will be really tired doing this challenge in just one minute. With the frog jump, students: Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart.
Squat as low as possible, hands on the ground. Leap forward as far as you can. Stop for a quick breather and leap again, each jump to a different item. (5 jumps in total) Make sure your in a safe place to jump and land. Try to challenge a sibling or parent.
