Dope twist on a classic wedge salad recipe. Iceberg lettuce is brushed with pomegranate molasses and briefly broiled for a glazed look then topped with fried smoked ham hock, crumbled feta, and homemade chipotle ranch dressing.
Ingredients
1 Iceberg Lettuce Head
2 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber
1/4 cup Feta or Blue Cheese Crumbles
Smoked Ham hocks or Bacon
Chipotle Ranch Dressing
1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp adoba sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
Herbs - oregano, parsley, thyme
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
