This is the pitch we did at Hornet for the Legomania ad campaign. The idea was to make the lego animation look like stop motion even though we were animating it in 3D. So the rigs were super simple and realistic and we had to put in all sorts of imperfections inherent in stop motion animation. The 300 gag was just brilliant since we were going to be animating a King in the Legomania spots.
