Saturday, February 12 turned out to be a very interesting
day along the Norfolk Southern Harrisburg line, as the dispatcher desk in Harrisburg had temporarily crashed again, causing a slight back-up in traffic. From about 11 in the morning to 5 in the evening, we see a dozen trains rolling along the former Reading Co. Lebanon Valley Line, including high priority intermodals at richland, a fresh-painted C40-9 on a coal empty, the last revenue run of NS SD50 #5413 (ex CR 6722) on 64J, a re-routed 38Q diverted from Enola, and even some interesting graffiti, ending with another chase of 14G to the old stone bridge in neversink. Sit back and enjoy a day of railfanning along the harrisburg line, and please like, comment, and subscribe!
