Today, I'm going over a budget commander deck that I've built around Obosh, the Preypiercer, a Rakdos commander from Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths. This is a very aggressive deck that focuses on using creatures and burn spells with odd converted mana costs to quickly lower our opponent's life totals. This deck is designed for casual/kitchen-top EDH.

Also just to be clear, during the Creatures part, I was referring to converted mana cost when I was saying "creature for X mana" just to show that it would be effected by Obosh's effect.
