Situated approximately 80 km from Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa, the industrial park was officially inaugurated in October 2018. One notable example of its success is Antex Group, a garment manufacturing company from China's Zhejiang Province, which has leased steel-structured workshops within the park to establish a clothing production facility, exporting garments to European markets. This initiative has contributed significantly to job creation and economic development in the region.
