How to make muscles grow💪🏻
-Every single muscle fiber must be slightly torn, to be rebuilt and and reconstruct a little bit stronger and a little bit bigger than before it got torn, to avoid being torn again…
This process takes, with variations of course, 72h (depending on how “damaged” the fiber is).
And then, it starts over…
Meaning, your targeted muscles get bigger… firmer… and sexier😈 (So eat, that’s what’s needed to grow those fibers. You can’t construct and rebuild without construction material, right?🤨 And that construction material is called… protein)

1️⃣10 repetitions / 4 sets
2️⃣30 lunges / 4 sets
3️⃣15 repetitions / 4 sets
4️⃣8-10 full repetitions / 3 sets
5️⃣10 full repetitions / 3 sets
