As parents, we don't always have all of our ducks in a row. Speaking from first-hand experience as a husband and a father, I don't always have my house in order. But why is it that when our children perform poorly at school, the first thing we tend to do is blame the teacher? Should we not first be looking at ourselves and our own home environments before looking for outside reasons as to why our children are struggling?
