A dog was captured on a car camera jumping out of its owner's car while it was moving off from an intersection. The window of the car was seen fully down and the poor dog jumped through it and was slammed against the side of the car as it was tied to its leash.
No animal/dog was harmed but the poor mutt had a huge shock.
