A Tribute to a Yoga Vista Elder, Rose! She inspired us all to just keep on keeping on despite the inconveniences of aging.
Rose was a retired Army nurse who served in World War 2. She was legally blind and hard of hearing, but she was in the front row of our Chair Yoga classes for many years having a grand ole time. She was in her early 90s when she started coming to the studio and left this earth at the age of 97. She was spry, witty and sharp! RIP Rose!
