Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced revised guidelines for Lockdown 4.0 operational till 31st May, allowing private, public transport to resume, although Delhi metro will remain shut. Movie theatres, malls, swimming pools, gyms, religious places and all educational institutes will also remain closed.
