Netgear Range Extender EX3700 Extender Factory Reset


If you're having trouble with your Netgear Range Extender, a factory reset may be the answer. This will erase all of your custom settings and restore the extender to its default state. In this video, we'll show you how to factory reset the Netgear Range Extender EX3700.


Plug in your extender.
If the Power LED does not light, press the Power or On/Off button.
The Power LED lights.
Wait for the LEDs on your extender to stabilize.This can take a few minutes.
Locate your extender's Reset or Factory Reset button.The button is usually located on the extender's side or bottom panel behind a small hole.
Use a straightened paper clip or similarly sized object to press and hold the Reset or Factory Reset button until the Power LED blinks.This can take up to 10 seconds.
Wait for the LEDs on your extender to stabilize.This can take a few minutes.
