Energizing Vinyasa for Flexibility is a 15 minute standing practice that ends with Wheel pose or Urdhva Dhanurasana (also known as Chakrasana) with an extra special Bird of Paradise pose. This yoga practice is a part of my advanced backbend series. Yoga Backbends are energizing and release tension from your shoulders, back, and hips.
