The fight against COVID-19 has resulted in at least 17 vaccines to date, and one of the more well-known ones is AstraZenica, or Vaxzevria. While it's not yet being used in the United States, it's been approved by the World Health Organization for use in 178 countries, including a majority of Europe, and all of Australia and Canada, after a series of trials. Not unlike all of the other COVID vaccines, AstraZenica was developed very rapidly in response to an imminent threat, and just like any other vaccine, it can cause some mild and temporary side effects as your body adjusts to the possibility of COVID.
