Eivor dives into a freezing cold lake to find a missing comb for Bil. In return, the woman tames his knots, whatever that means (make your own conclusions). Part of the Comb of Champions world event mystery (side quest) in ASSASSIN'S CREED VALHALLA.

The location of the comb is at the bottom of the lake right in front of her, so no need to go up the waterfall or anything. You'll need to dive down pretty deep in order to find it, just use Odin Sight when underwater to help you out. The map location of the quest can be seen at the start of the video, region is Rygjafylke Norway.
