Shopping List:
2 Large Russet Potatoes
6 strips thick cut bacon
1 rotisserie chicken (2-3 cups diced chicken - bone and skin removed)
2-3 tbsps melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning *more to taste*
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
1/4 cup diced green onion
1-2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and colby jack or use your favorites)
