"Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m from Australia. I had my surgery almost two weeks ago. I had a brow reduction and re-profiling, and Jaw plasty and a Chin plasty. My healing is going very well. I’m still very swollen but no more bruising and no more pain. So far, I feel very good about the results. I think that in another six to 12 weeks when the swelling has gone down, I’ll be very happy. I would advise future patients to talk carefully to Dr. Simon and Dr. Capitán about how they want their procedures to be carried out because they are very honest and forthright in their assessment of people’s faces and my preoperative consultation with Dr. Simon filled me with confidence about what would happen during the surgery and that is very helpful. And I would advise people who have never had surgery before that this is a major surgery, and it will take some time to recover completely. I hope that this surgery will be life changing by giving me greater confidence in my work at my university and in my daily life. It will make me feel much more myself."
