This is the second part of the harmony neck reset. There are lots of articles out there for doing neck resets, but hopefully seeing this in action is helpful.

In the video, I try to show details regarding the first attempt, the conversion to a bolt-on, and how I went back to adjust neck angle before and after the initial reset. This involves the neck and bridge relationship, fret and saddle height, bridge adjustment, heel length trimming, and other factors. I also discuss monitoring string height, and alignment with the bridge, including the shimming, heel cheeks, the sliding dovetail, and how it all relates to the neck pocket. Finally, I touch on some of the issues related to ladder bracing on this type of guitar.
The overall process can be a bit long and boring, so I didn't show my cutting and chiseling of the heel or the relieving of the cheeks. If you would like info on that, feel free to email me.
Final note: A Harmony of this sort is not a great guitar due to a lack of x-bracing on the top. That being said, it is a great guitar to practice the neck removal reset process on.
