Made a little vid during my month long yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India of what a day at Drishti Yoga School was like.

The intense and regular structure was interspersed with wonderful trips exploring the area or just hanging out with the students and staff in between lessons, which you can see in the other video I made about my trip. It was one of the most magical months of my life, and I know it's cliché but it has truly changed my life for the better.
