Despite our initial praise, Hopper has earned a reputation for having a very poor, borderline scammy, customer service reputation. We experienced this ourselves, earlier this year, resulting in a 7 month fight to get over $1,700 refunded to us!

@scammin_hopper is a Twitter account to follow. The account I created, @FailHopper was before I was aware and would rather the focus be on communicating to/through them.
I'll also keep www.hopper.fail up for a period of time. If you have stories you want to share (there is a forum), it will be a place I can point to via social media as well.
I would also encourage you to follow and comment on the social media accounts of Hopper: Facebook (you can only comment on comments), Instagram, and Twitter.
