What I ate for lunch reel ✨
🍛 White rice
🍛 Carrots salad
🍛 Rasam
🍛 Greek yogurt
🍛 Simple Chicken Kuzhambu with Potatoes (only with chicken legs)
🥕Carrots salad
Grated carrots
Onions
Red pepper
Green chilies
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice
Salt
🐓 Chicken curry
Ingredients:
For masala powder:
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
Bay leaf - 1 nos
Stone flower - 2 nos
Cardamom - 1 pod
Cloves - 4 nos
Almonds - 10 nos
Dried chillies - 5 nos
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Dry roast it and grind it finely
For Curry:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2 nos
Chicken - 750 gms
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Ground masala powder
Potatoes
Water - 1 cup
Coriander leaves
In a pressure cooker sauté chicken with gg paste, ground masala, tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt till the skin turns pale in color. Add the potatoes and water and pressure cook it to one whistle on medium heat. Add coriander leaves and enjoy 🤗
