Top 20 NASCAR Cup Series Crashes Of The 2020 Season

What a season. From Denny Hamlin (11) winning the Daytona 500, to Chase Elliott (9) winning the NASCAR Championship at Phoenix, it has been a wild race. 4 races in the season, then COVID-19 shut NASCAR down. They moved on to virtual racing, for fun. Then it was back, and better. In this video, we countdown the top 20 NASCAR Cup Series crashes of the 2020 season.

This list is based on personal opinion. It goes by *cars involved, conflict afterwards, hardest hits, flips, injury, damage dealt to cars, etc.*

As mentioned at the end, none of the wrecks featured are fatal. Fatal is meaning death, if you don't know. But, the pit road accident, did feature a crewman getting injured, not severe. And the #1 spot, Ryan Newman did suffer head injuries, but returned after the COVID-19 break.

A like and subscribe is certainly appreciated! It took awhile to make this, coming up with lists, and the general editing. I had to fit this 10 minute video into my storage. The credit of BadLuckScott goes for his videos of the crashes of each race. I went through those and jotted some down on paper, then narrowing them down to the top 20.
