Ingredients:
For the Vanilla Cake:
½ cup Butter 1 stick, softened to room temp
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 ¼ cups Granulated Sugar can sub rapadura
1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
3 Eggs room temperature
2 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder aluminum-free
1 cup Buttermilk room temperature
½ cup Water
For the Frosting:
1 ¾ sticks Butter softened to room temperature
5 cups Powdered Sugar
¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ cup Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
