The most common objection to rental arbitrage that i hear is that "subletting is illegal" . that is very simply not true. we will explain in detail on this livestream. But beyond that I hear "landlords will never let you sublet for airbnb. what kind of land lord would be dumb enough to let you make money off of their property? That's a good question. Let's get into it.
