Originally developed by General Dynamics European Land Systems - Steyr, it is currently deployed by the Czech Republic and Poland in many configurations. The Czech Republic company of Excalibur Army has an agreement to market the Pandur II CZ in a number of countries. Their Pandur II CZ in the infantry fighting vehicle configuration was recently shown in Indonesia and this and the Pandur II CZ Fire Support Vehicle with a CMI Defence 105 mm turret have recently been trialled in Indonesia.
