Hello friends
Here's a new workout for your ARMS + ABS, low impact and super effective.
Follow me through this session. We start with AB exercises, targeting lower ABS, upper ABS, Obliques, exercises targeting the 11 lines and finish off with some great arm exercises.
No equipment is needed.
You can use light weights for the last arm exercises, if you need an extra burn.
