Mole

Making mole from scratch is an art! It is much work, and using a metate is way more work and not easy. It’s amazing that people in Mexico still use the metate to make Masa, mole, and many other things. Mole is just a sweet and spicy sauce made with dry peppers, nuts, seeds, spices, and fresh vegetables; it can be used over any type of meat, and every region has their own! I’m just showing you how I make it; not everyone likes it too sweet or spicy, so adjust the ingredients.
