Islamic teachings, based on the Quran and Hadith, strongly condemn the use of magic and associate it with shirk (associating partners with Allah) and disbelief. The Quran explicitly mentions that magic was taught by devils and warns against its practice, considering it a major sin. Muslims believe that seeking help from or practicing magic leads to spiritual and moral corruption and that one should instead rely on prayer, trust in Allah, and seeking legitimate means to solve problems.
