பலாப்பழ கேசரி
தேவையான பொருட்கள்

பலாப்பழம்
நெய்
முந்திரி பருப்பு
திராட்சை
தண்ணீர் - 2 கப்
ரவா - 1/2 கப்
ஏலக்காய் தூள் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
குங்கும பூ
சர்க்கரை - 1 கப்

செய்முறை:
1. பலாப்பழத்தை சிறு சிறு துண்டுகளாக நறுக்கி, நறுக்கியதில் பாதியளவு மிக்ஸியில் சேர்த்து விழுதாக அரைத்து கொள்ளவும்.
2. ஒரு கடாயில் நெய் சேர்த்து முந்திரி, திராட்சையை வறுத்து கொள்ளவும். அதே கடாயில் ரவா வை சேர்த்து நிறம் மாறாமல் வறுத்து கொள்ளவும்.
3. பிறகு ஒரு கடாயில் நெய் சேர்த்து அரைத்த பலாப்பழ விழுதை சேர்த்து வதக்கவும்.
4. அடுத்து நறுக்கிய பலாப்பழத்தை சேர்த்து கலந்து விட்டு தண்ணீர் சேர்க்கவும்.
5. பின்பு ஏலக்காய் தூள், குங்கும பூ கலந்த தண்ணீர், வறுத்த ரவா வை சேர்க்கவும்.
6. ரவா நன்றாக வெந்த பிறகு சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
7. சர்க்கரை கரைந்த பிறகு நெய் சேர்க்கவும்.
8. அடுத்து வறுத்த முந்திரி, திராட்சை, நெய் சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
9. அட்டகாசமான பலாப்பழ கேசரி தயார்.
