A 35 years old male came to OPD with history of sudden painless decrease of vision for the last few days in the right eye. The left eye has decrease of vision for the last few years.
On examination, There was horizontal Jerk Nystagmus, Fresh Inferotemporal Retinal Detachment, Retinal Holes and Posterior Staphyloma in the right eye and An Old Fixed Fibrotic RRD in the left eye. The patient was admitted for Combined Scleral Buckling + Pars Plana Vitrectomy.
