Hi 👋🏻….this is a fool proof bread loaf which turns out crusty from the outside and soft and breast from the inside and to top that , it’s flourless /almost zero carbs …now what more could we ask for !!

Ingredients :
1 cup bamboo fiber (31 g)
1/2 cup whole psyllium husk (60 g)
1/4 cup egg white powder(25 g)
1 tsp baking powder (4-5 g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup egg whites (214 g)
1 cup water (207 g)
1/2 cup olive oil (81 g)
2 tbsps apple cider vinegar (24 g)
