ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet DIY (veganized) - fast without starving
If you've wanted to try the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet *DIY style*, then you've come to the right place! ProLon is a fasting-mimicking diet plan that lasts for 5 days. It's a way for you to get the benefits of fasting without starving. Essentially -- and counterintuitively -- you can "fast" with food! But ProLon is *not vegan* and can be expensive. If you want to do this DIY & vegan, then here is an informational video about my own method, and I have a 1-pager available below. It's a ProLon-mimicking protocol, if you will. And, although everything I bought for the plan essentially adds up to the same as the ProLon product, a BIG DIFFERENCE is that you have a bunch of left-over food that can carry you into future rounds of the 5-day fasting mimicking diet plan.
