The Group CIO of Philips explains the many challenges faced by the company as it proceeds with its ambitious digital transformation plans for its healthcare business, from networks and IT through to business models and processes. Rather than tackle the network transformation process first, Philips are embarked on a simultaneous process that feeds into business processes. It is also looking to partner with product leaders in the comms sector as it continues its transformation, from cloud and data centres to IoT.
