This is by far the best orzo salad with lemon, feta and sun-dried tomatoes. I'm a little bias as I created the recipe but I do get LOTS of requests for it. It's a easy summer pasta salad with lots of flavor without much fuss. Always a winner at dinner or anytime. Light enough for those hot days but filling enough to keep anyone satisfied. Make this once and you'll get requests to make it again.
