So I finally compared the in gear acceleration difference between when I was stock and now with a Stage 1+.
It was tested on the same road. The only difference was the temperature which was 24°C for the stage 1 test instead of 10°C for the Stock footage.

For both, I refueld the tank just before the test.

I also didn't display the GPS from the GoPro for the Stage 1 video because it was totally delayed and it would have been weird (it's supposed to have about 3 km/h difference at 100 km/h... but somehow it was over 10 km/h difference...Means that the Gopro said I reached 100 km/h when I was 115 km/h on the speedometer...)

Stock : 335hp / 470 Nm
Stage 1 + : 397hp / 585 Nm (Intercooler Wagner - Dumpvavle Mountune - K&N air filter - Pro Tune by AL Performance)

Result according to the speedometer :
Stock : 14.04 sec
Stage 1 : 11.03 sec

According to the GPS of the GoPro :
Stock : 15.08 sec
Stage 1 : 12.05 sec
