So we will use pin 1 and a potentiometer ( 5K to 25K ) To adjust the voltage . if you think wow i can adjust it from 0v to 30v . thats not right . you need to use 3v rail 5v rail and 12v each rail gives different voltage like 12v rail will give 8v to 15v but if you use 12v+ and 12v - you will get 9v to 30v
