Arai Keerai Kadaisal / அரைக்கீரை கடைசல்
Ingredients
2 cup Arai keerai
1/4 cup grated coconut
2 dried red chilli
6-8 garlic
Salt
To Temper
2 tsp coconut oil
3 dried red chilli
1/4 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp urad dal
Curry leaves
Pinch of asafoetida
Method :
1. In a cooker, add 1/2 cup of water and add dried red chilli, garlic, arai keerai, and grated coconut
2. Cover cook for 10 minutes on medium flame
3. Turn off heat and allow it to cool down completely
4. Transfer to a blender jar and grind into a coarse paste
5. Add salt required and mix well
6. In a kadai, add coconut oil and temper with dried red chilli, urad dal, mustard, cumin, curry leaves, and asafoetida
7. Add the cooked keerai to the tempering
8. Mix well
9. Turn off heat and serve
