This is the full description video of how to make the Hairy Bikers version of the classic 'Meat & Potato' pie. I have previously made a "for fun" time-lapse of this and it's received some views, but I want to make it more instructional so here we go.
As with any pie, the key really is the pastry. Don't over work it and don't rush.
