Jaw pain can be complex as is shown in this video, but understanding your alignment and how you can bring your head in a neutral alignment can make a big difference to relieve chronic jaw pain.
This lesson is an excerpt from a Q&A session in my Feldenkrais & Nature Awareness online series: "Align Your Head: Moon Wisdom" working with aligning the head and connecting the head to the solid core of the rest of the body. Helpful for grounding, reducing anxiety, releasing chronic head and neck tension. We work with the weight of a small rock to clarify the alignment of arms/shoulders and head for ease in movement. This series can be very helpful for relieving jaw pain as well.
